Eight couples with their own stories, who all happen to live in the small town of Aurora. Some are dying to get out and others are holding on as tight as they can to everything they've ever known and loved. As their lives change, they're unsure of how to hold on to that one person that makes them feel like nobody else can. Each couple has their own conflict to deal with, along with everything else going on in their lives - some are starting to question whether or not things are going to work. Things only seem to be getting more complicated, because someone has taken to the internet to post nasty things about the people in town. Some of it is true (and some of it not so much) and some things are exposed that the people in town are sure they haven't told another soul. One thing is definitely for sure - Aurora's drama waits for no one.

Valarie Moore | FC: Janel Parrish | Twenty four years old | Open

      Valarie has found more love in material things than she’s ever had with people. Her parents didn’t really pay much attention to her when she was a kid, and typically shut her up by buying her things and sending her places. She’s okay with that. She is…kinda. She had always been planning on marrying rich, so when her and Derek got together, she knew she was set. That dream came crumbling down when he got injured, but she decided to stay with him. She did love Derek and she did want to try to make this work, but she isn’t sure if she’s willing to do that anymore. She finds that her life is dull and boring now and kind of wants to get out while she still can.

      Valarie is extremely superficial but does not care even a little about what other people think of her. That stubbornness is something that she definitely needs to work on, because it’s starting to make people that she once considered a friend resent her. Autumn is one of the only people she gets along with anymore, which is kind of sad. She tries not to let it bother her, but it’s actually really hard sometimes, and now after Derek’s injury - she can’t even drown her problems in material things. She’s actually trying to be nicer to people, but the thought of it makes her skin crawl. She is trying, though, and will continue to until things get better.
