Eight couples with their own stories, who all happen to live in the small town of Aurora. Some are dying to get out and others are holding on as tight as they can to everything they've ever known and loved. As their lives change, they're unsure of how to hold on to that one person that makes them feel like nobody else can. Each couple has their own conflict to deal with, along with everything else going on in their lives - some are starting to question whether or not things are going to work. Things only seem to be getting more complicated, because someone has taken to the internet to post nasty things about the people in town. Some of it is true (and some of it not so much) and some things are exposed that the people in town are sure they haven't told another soul. One thing is definitely for sure - Aurora's drama waits for no one.

Hannah Rose | FC: Vanessa Lengies | Twenty two years old | Open

      Hannah is a very very shy girl, who typically keeps to herself. She’s never done much in the world of dating but decided she might as well give it a shot when her friend set her up with Joshua. He was such a sweetheart and constantly went out of her way to do things for him. She thought that she had finally found the one, that things would always stay as perfect as they had. He’s been extremely smothering, though, and now feels like she can’t walk out of the house without him knowing exactly where she’s going and what time she’ll be back. She loves him more than anything, and she’d never cheat on him, but he doesn’t seem to understand that. She just doesn’t know what it will take to prove to him that she’d never hurt him like his last girlfriend had, but she’s going to do her damnedest to calm his anxiety. She wants to stay with him but not like this - definitely not like this. 

      Hannah might be a quiet girl, but she does open up pretty well to her friends. Heather is really nice to her, which is something she really appreciates. And ever since she’s made friends with Alex, he’s introduced her to Lily, who is also a very kind girl. Even though she does not do well with confrontation, she tends to stick up for people when they are wronged…she just does it in her own timid way. The new friends she’s made have slowly been pulling her out of her shell, though, and she feels that she’s slowly gaining enough confidence to stand up to Joshua.
